This class, students will learn real teaching skill of adjustment.
This is a short version and introduction of his 2 days intensive course for adjustment.
Its not just all techniques, but teach you discipline as a yoga instructor and how to communicate with students.
By working with partner and through the basic adjustment, you will be able to gain the knowledge and share it with the students.
This class will help you to give your students experience. Created for yoga instructors but suitable to students who wish to deepen the understanding for poses and anatomy.

『chama』Bio

Founder of TOKYOYOGA, Director and Yoga instructor. Based on Tokyo.
His unique background (owner of reggae club, plan and create TV program and commercials, travel the world and assistant to Ken Harakuma) eventually led him to become yoga instructor. He studied Ashtanga Yoga under Sri K.PattabhiJois in India, studied restorative Yoga under Judith Hanson Lasater. He also learned Anatomy under Mr. Masahiro Hirayama and Craniosacral therapy under Hiromi Moriyama. His main regular classes are held in Shibuya and Omotesando are but he travels all over the world to teach workshops and TT.
Regular instructor for Asia Yoga Conference, Yoga Fest Yokohama and plans many projects to for yoga. First Japanese yoga instructor who appeared on Yoga Journal USA edition in 2012. Publishes YOGAYOMU, YOGA Diary, Director of Samavsm, and promoter of YAM Tohoku.
