Is a gracious approach to discovering the magic of alignment through motion; taught through the basic stance structure of the poses we practice regularly, such as Downward Dog, Triangle, Warrior One and Boat pose. Precise alignment will be gently emphasized, using a repeated a basic flow that we can refine our awareness of the techniques from, and begin to feel our 'owning' of the postures and their related movements in this practice.
Please feel welcome to join in this transformational fun practice, while deepening your understanding and foundation of flowing posture under the patient eyes of Master Wong.
Please consider bringing a notebook or recording device to retain the information provided, and come prepared for a fully enjoyable practice.
During the master class, it is absolutely acceptable and encouraged to take breaks on your mat and watch master Duncan when you need to take a break.
