Yoga Sutra was arranged by Patanjali in 1800 years ago. This is a must read to deepen your yoga practice.
This is really deep and difficult book to read or understand.
But when you read it over and over, you start understanding and it makes sense, then it helps you learn yoga deeper. What is written in the book are essence that all of us need to better our live and free ourself in many ways.
