Lead by Ikki Bando and Ritsuko Tanaka, music by DJ Hiro who is famous for his Balearic dance music. Class is designed for any level,. Can be practiced by a pair, or more, it is just a fun class to try!


■Extatic Yoga Dance
Is a session of yoga and dance music.
Let go to the music, feeling the energy rising within you, using 5 elements that relates with Chakras to activate and let yourself dance to it. Feel and share your energy to connect with the earth, to feel Oneness.Masumi Lacoste, Aki-ra Sunrize, DH Shinkichi will play, and Okinawa Satsang dancers and everybody will join at the end to cerebrate the finale.
