『Ma-ki』Bio

She has been a fitnesss instructor for 22 years, started practicing yoga 15 years ago. She was touched how deep Yoga is, then started learning to teach and share yoga 10 years ago and opened her own studio and stared teaching. She thinks it is important to connect body, mind and soul as a yoga therapist. She continues learning and creating special yoga for Okinawa. She is based on Okinawa but holds WS in mainland Japan as well.
