The method and how-to of gaining necessary muscle(Inner muscle)
At the asana practice, students will learn how to adjust the alignment as it’s supposed to be, or/and how to use ab muscle as well as how to correct your body (Bust, waist or hips) in correct position.
Followed by the practice of breathing, you will learn how not to stop breathing, what to do when it feels hard to breath, breath become shallow or the belly not engaged etc.
The way to stretch muscle wisely for the asana you practice, not to gain the muscle you really don’t want to bulk up, are great knowledge that you can use when you train your body.
Other useful topics will be covered in the class.

『Ryu Ikue』Bio
She was a model and ballet dancer before she god license through ChigusaMaki Womens academy. She teaches to models yoga, walking, make up and more. Plans theater art, yoga wear fashion show as well. She teaches yoga at school, hospital or other facilities with any level, as well as pre/post natal yoga and rehabilitation, sports functioning/conditioning.
She can modify poses to each student, depends on the level physically and mentally. Her class is open for anyone who wishes to gain self control to get toned.
