『Yuri Matsuura 』Bio

She is from Naha, Okinawa. After graduating from college, studied graphic design and video production in NY. When she was working for the production company and having a lbusy life, her friend took her to yoga studio.
She was a perfectionist and having really stoic life, yoga brought health to her body and mind. Yoga became her life style and she found a peace within her.

To deepen the study, she completed Yoga Alliance registered training in 2008.
Started teaching Yoga in Queens NY, and continues teaching after she returned to Okinawa,
Her student’s age varies from 5 to 80s, She enjoys sharing her yoga with them.
She teaches Hatha, pelvis adjusting yoga, Yoga nidra at studio, school and so on. Her yoga is open to anybody, all level.
