『Shinnosuke』Bio

He met Shvananda Yoga in 2000 when he was in Israel.
In 2002, finished training at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhahwatari Ashram Neeyar Dam in India. He went back to Israel after the training and started teaching at Shivananda Yoga center and his studio. Started practice Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 2004 and studied under Shri K Pattabi Jois,Shararth Rangaswamy, Mysore India in 2006. He returned to Japan, studied at IYC in Tokyo under Ken Harakuma, then became IYC studio instructor and started teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa class. He keeps studying all types of yoga from various teachers. Since 2009, He teaches morning mysore class at IYC Kudanshita, Tokyo and runs Ashtanga Yoga Tachikawa. He has many regular class in Tachikawa Area and holds WS and retreats. He focus on specific style when it comes to self practice but his interest is open for any type and studies of Yoga. He provides safe practice and easy to understand method of teaching.
