Sun salutation is a very basic of all the vinyasa yoga. The proper alignment will be taught then practice.

The students will learn
The basic and unique vinyasa.
Arm balance, back bends and twist depends on the level of the students and build sequence.
Sequence and asana practice in this hatha yoga class Relax sequence.

『Yuya Sarashina』Bio

Born in 1977, grew up in Sapporo city, Hokkaido.
Studied Yoga Under Sharath Rengaswamy at KPJ AYI (http://kpjayi.org/, Mysore, India.
His Asana, which is created by his skill and power of concentration, made it the level of Body art. He accompanied world famous photographer Mario Testino, and appeared on Vogue Magazine, and Mario’s photo book “Sir” on 2015.
Completed his tour “INTO THE MIND TOUR” on 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2014.
In 2010, authorized by Sharath Rangaswamy , and in 2011, Authorization Level 2 was given.
Yuya moved back his home town Sapporo in 2013,　runs Ashtanga Yoga Sapporo and started Mysore class. He puts his energy and inspiration by Yoga to the arts, held “YUYA SARASHINA EXHIBITION” in Tokyo. Received Best of Yogi award by Yoga Journal Japan in 2014.
